You will learn to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assess your current lifestyle.<\/li><li>Choose your aspiration.<\/li><li>Make small, incremental changes to get your life in order.<\/li><li>Make consistent assessments and tweaks until it suits you<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This class is not a quick fix.&nbsp; Your life will not be dramatically changed in a week.&nbsp; One small thing might be better, but if you\u2019re looking for a \u201cSuddenly Changed my Life\u201d sort of course, <strong>this is not it<\/strong>.  I don&#8217;t &#8220;just tell you what button to push&#8221; in Excel and won&#8217;t be doing the equivalent in <em>Get Control of Your Life<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, you will learn to make small, lasting, permanent changes that snowball into a life that suits you better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get Control of Your Life Course Schedule<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m charging $30 for the course.  No, it&#8217;s not much.  It&#8217;s worth a lot more than that, but I&#8217;m charging so little because you&#8217;re going to get out of it what you put into it, and I&#8217;m not going to lie to you. It is a LOT of work.   You&#8217;re going to be comforted by some of it and wince and cringe at other parts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At least, I facepalmed a few times, and I <em>wrote<\/em> the darn thing!  I&#8217;ll tell on myself in the classes.  You have my permission to laugh at me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Session One: Where Am I Now?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can&#8217;t make a change until you know where you are.
